We only collect the necessary data: name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, billing details, and, if applicable, bank account details for returns. Data is collected directly from the user via the order form on the website.

We process data for the purpose of order processing, product delivery, customer communication, invoicing, returns management, and compliance with legal tax obligations.

Personal data is stored for a maximum of 5 years, in accordance with tax legislation. After this period, they are permanently deleted.

Data may only be transmitted to partners involved in delivery – DPD Romania and Speedy Bulgaria. We do not sell or transfer personal data to other entities.
