3. Products and orders
All products displayed on the site are available while stocks last. Orders can be placed online using the order form available on the site. Order confirmation is done by email or phone, and delivery is made only after confirmation. The displayed products are intended for personal use only, not for industrial fishing or illegal activities.
4. Prices and payment methods
All prices displayed on the site are expressed in lei (RON) and include all applicable taxes. Payment for products is made exclusively cash on delivery, through the courier company. No additional fees are charged for cash on delivery payments.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made in Romania through DPD Romania, within 2–5 working days from order confirmation. The delivery cost is fixed, 60 lei, regardless of location. Shark – 70 reserves the right to modify the delivery time in special situations (weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume).
6. Return policy
According to Romanian legislation (OUG 34/2014), the buyer has the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receiving the package, without needing to provide a reason. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. The amount paid for the products will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return. To request a return, the customer must send an email to ioan_eugen2006@yahoo.com, specifying their name, order number, and the returned product.
7. Warranties and liability
Products are checked before shipping. If a defect is found upon delivery, the customer must notify the seller in writing within 48 hours of receiving the package. Shark – 70 does not assume responsibility for damages caused by improper handling or incorrect use. The products are intended for personal, recreational, or sporting use only. Using them for commercial, industrial, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The commercial relationships between the parties are governed by Romanian consumer protection and electronic commerce legislation. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the consumer can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) – www.anpc.ro – or the competent courts in Romania.
